The Peirce Racial Equity Parents (REP) group is a parent-led volunteer organization focused on fostering a racially inclusive community at Peirce by celebrating diversity and amplifying the voices of students and families of color.
The group aims to disrupt systemic harms and reinforce racial equity through community building, education, advocacy, and celebration, offering activities like book clubs, workshops, and managing the Peirce Solidarity Fund for families experiencing hardship.
